Treat Yourself…5 Recipes to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

0

Gourmet Caramel Apples

The month of October seems to signal the start of the holiday season for many of us whether ready or not. It could be all the Halloween decorations and events fueling our excitement, but for some (like me), it’s the pumpkins that start revealing themselves in the many large display boxes outside the grocery stores.  The sight of them ignites a desire to run home, bake and indulge in all the combinations of sweet spices, fruits and squashes.  The delicious kitchen smells that result are a reminder of why we deserve to treat ourselves and those we care about.

We have put together 5 tasty treats to enjoy and share.  They are relatively easy recipes and can be stored in the refrigerator and/or frozen and enjoyed later.
