Account/Log In

Why can’t I log in?

1. You’ve forgotten your password and you are entering it wrong. Click here to enter your email and receive an email to reset your password.

2. You may be typing your username incorrectly.

3. Your profile may be up for review – try logging in again in 48 hours to see if your profile is back in the system.

4. You’ve been deleted from heygoodcookin.com due to one or more of the following:

a. Email addresses, website addresses, or phone numbers were included in your profile.

b. Not enough information in your profile description.

c. Indecent content, nude images, duplicate profiles, or harassment of other users.

d. We immediately delete scammers and spammers, and anyone trying to sell something on heygoodcookin.com, and anyone trying to direct members to other websites.

If your profile did not contain any of the above, please accept our apologies as our system wrongly identified you, and you’ll have to create a new profile.

I have a profile, but the login/registration page keeps appearing.

In order to prevent the login page from appearing over and over again you need to activate your cookies. Depending on your browser, this process varies.

Deleted profiles

If you go through the process of deleting your profile, it is gone for good. We cannot restore your profile. If your account was deleted and you have been banished by the computer that means you broke some rules. The most common reasons for being deleted are:

1. You are under 18 years of age

2. You uploaded inappropriate content

3. Other users reported that you have been fraudulent and/or disrespectful

4. Soliciting people for any reason or sending spam

Spammers & Scammers

How do I know if someone is a scammer?

heygoodcookin.com works hard to make sure scammers are deleted. If anyone asks for money it is likely a scam.

What should I do if I suspect someone is a scammer or spammer?

Please contact us immediately if you feel you’ve come across a scam artist or a spammer.

Edit Profile

How do I edit my profile?

1. Go to “My Profile” at the top of the site or on the sidebar.

2. Click “Edit” underneath your Avatar

3. Edit your information and click Save Changes at the bottom

How do I edit my mail settings?

1. Go to “My Profile” at the top of the site or on the sidebar.

2. Click Settings on the top right of your profile page

3. Click Notifications under your Avatar

Friends

You can view your Friends and Friend Requests by going to “My Profile” and clicking “Friends.” To add someone to your favorites list click on the profile of the user, and then click on “Add Friend”. To remove someone from your Friends, visit their Profile and click “Cancel Friendship”.

Registration

How do I change my location?

1. Go to “My Profile” at the top of the site or on the sidebar.

2. Click “Edit” underneath your Avatar

3. Edit your information and click Save Changes at the bottom

How do I change my email address?

1. Go to “My Profile” at the top of the site or on the sidebar.

2. Click Settings on the top right of your profile page

3. Enter your new email under Account Email
