Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

I was introduced to these yummy, crunchy snacks during an annual vacation with my best girlfriends. It's a healthy alternative to popcorn or other snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 15- oz can chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp(s) garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp(s) smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp(s) chili powder

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Drain the chickpeas and place in a medium bowl.
3. Add all other ingredients and mix until completely coated.
4. Spread evenly on rimmed baking sheet.
5. Bake until crunchy.
