Easiest Pie Crust Ever

I got this recipe from a waiter in a local brew pub in Southern Oregon. He overheard a friend and I talking about baking and he said his wife made the best pie crust. He took out his cellphone, got his wife on the line and wrote the recipe on a napkin. Now, I'm passing it on to you...and did I mention the secret to its success is cream cheese?
