- 2 cup(s) firm red grapes, washed and dried
- 4 oz gorgonzola or any blue cheese
- 1 cup(s) pistachios, finely-chopped
Put gorgonzola in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat 10 seconds at a time, just until the gorgonzola becomes soft enough to mold around the grapes. If it becomes too soft, it won't adhere to the grapes. Form gorgonzola around each grape, then roll them in the pistachios.
