Easy Spinach Dip Mini Bread Bowls

This recipe can easily be cut in half, but the whole recipe will fill about 22-24 Hawaiian rolls. It has been Adapted from Allrecipes.com member Shawna for her "Best Spinach Dip Ever," and it really is!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg(s) Knorr leek soup
  • 1 pkg(s) (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 pkg(s) Hawaiian bread rolls

Instructions

1.  Combine first 5 ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Chill at least several hours. 

2.  Gently hollow out the Hawaiian rolls--enough for 2 heaping teaspoons of dip.  Serve on a platter with crackers and veggie sticks or just enjoy alone.
