- 16 oz sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 pkg(s) Knorr leek soup
- 1 pkg(s) (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 4 oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 pkg(s) Hawaiian bread rolls
1. Combine first 5 ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Chill at least several hours.
2. Gently hollow out the Hawaiian rolls--enough for 2 heaping teaspoons of dip. Serve on a platter with crackers and veggie sticks or just enjoy alone.
