- 6 canned pineapple rings
- 1/4 cup(s) white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp(s) cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 tbsp(s) sugar
1. Place pineapple rings and red bell pepper on the grill. Heat until grill marks form. Remove from grill and finely chop.
2. Mix ingredients together and serve with fish or tortilla chips.
