- 42 large strawberries
- 1 8-ounce pkg(s) cream cheese
- 1/3 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp(s) lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp(s) grated lemon peel
1. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel until smooth and creamy. Save the remaining lemon zest for garnish.
2. Wash strawberries and remove hulls. Cut an X in the point of the strawberry. Gently pull strawberry apart and pipe in lemon filling. Garnish with lemon zest.
