Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 3/4 to 1 cup(s) milk or nonfat vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup(s) nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp(s) pure maple syrup
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1 splash pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp(s) pumpkin pie spice
- cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Instructions
Add all ingredients (except optional cinnamon or nutmeg) to a blender and pulse until combined. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg. If you prefer a thicker drink, go with the 3/4 cup milk. If you prefer your smoothie bit on the frosty side, replace about 1/4 cup of the milk with a couple of ice cubes.
