- 1 tsp(s) cinnamon
- 2 tbsp(s) maple Syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup(s) milk
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 1 slice(s) thick egg bread, such as challah, buttered on one side
- 1 small handful(s) fresh blueberries
- powdered sugar
Tips and Suggestions
Instead of blueberries, try 1 Tbl mini chocolate chips or 1 Tbl raisins. Add after coating bread with egg mix then microwave.
Whisk the first 5 ingredients together in a large mug.
Butter slice of bread then cut into bite size cubes and drop in the mug. Gently fold so all bread is coated with the egg mix.
Place in microwave and stop every 30 seconds to prevent bread from spilling out. Last 10-20 seconds, place blueberries in mug to warm up or add after 2 min with a shake of powdered sugar and a tad bit more maple syrup.
