Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp(s) butter
- 1 1/4 cup(s) water
- 3/4 cup(s) golden raisins
- 1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp(s) powdered mustard
- 1/4 cup(s) basalmic vinegar
- 4 tsp(s) cornstarch

Instructions
1. In a medium sauce pan, sauté onions and butter until tender.
2. Add water, raisins, maple syrup and mustard.
3. Mix balsamic vinegar and cornstarch, then add to raisin mixture.
4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
