- 1 cup(s) canned pumpkin such as Libby's
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup(s) old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup(s) unsulphured molasses
- 1 tsp(s) ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup(s) gluten free baking flour
Mix and drop by ½ teaspoon onto a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes at 325 degrees until browned on top.
Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
