- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup(s) unsalted peanut butter
- 1 cup(s) old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 1/4 cup(s) gluten-free baking flour, such as Bob Mills brand
- 1/2 tsp(s) cinnamon
Mix and drop by ½ teaspoon onto a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees, until edges are browned. Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
