- 1 stick(s) softened butter
- 1 tbsp(s) orange zest
- 1 1/2 tbsp(s) peeled, finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp(s) soy
1. Cream butter, then mix in all ingredients.
2. Place butter on a piece of plastic wrap. Roll into a log and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Butter may be stored in the freezer for future use.
3. Slice and top cooked meat, vegetable or noodles.
