Orange, Ginger, Soy Butter

This is a simple way to infuse an Asian flare into your fish, chicken or beef. Take some butter out of the freezer, slice it and add it to grilled vegetables or a side of soba noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick(s) softened butter
  • 1 tbsp(s) orange zest
  • 1 1/2 tbsp(s) peeled, finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp(s) soy

Instructions

1. Cream butter, then mix in all ingredients.

2. Place butter on a piece of plastic wrap. Roll into a log and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Butter may be stored in the freezer for future use.

3. Slice and top cooked meat, vegetable or noodles.
