- 1/4 lb(s) fresh salmon from the seafood deli
- 1 small lemon
- 1 tbsp(s) butter or olive oil works well too
- salt and pepper
- fixings for 1 serving of salad
Cut 3 slices from your lemon and lay on a piece of foil. Place salmon on top. Place butter in 2 thin slices on top of the salmon along with your salt and pepper. Or, if using olive oil, about a tsp with salt and pepper.
Seal the foil around the salmon tightly and bake for 25 min in a 300-degree oven. Open the foil after 25 minutes and place under the broiler for several min. until lightly browned. Allow to cool for several minutes before serving over salad. Enjoy!
