Chili con Carne

Ingredients

  • 2 piece(s) Onion
  • 1 tbsp(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 piece(s) Carrot
  • 1 bag(s) Kidney beans
  • 400 grams Minced meat of cattle
  • 1 bag(s) Dinner rice
  • 2 box(s) Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp(s) Sunflower oil
  • 5 piece(s) Garlic
  • 1 piece(s) Red chili
  • 1 piece(s) Red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp(s) Cayenne pepper, dried

Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice according to instructions on the package.

Step 2
Warm the oil in a large pot. Brown meat dough, add the finely chopped onion, garlic, carrot, bell pepper, chili and cayenne pepper and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 3
Have in the tomato pure and canned chopped tomatoes and let it cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Add the kidney beans and saute an additional 10-15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with cooked rice.
