- 1 cup(s) basil pesto
- 1 handful(s) cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves and quarters
- 1 handful(s) small bite mozzarella balls, halved
- 1 handful(s) roasted, salted pistachios, coarsely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Tips and Suggestions
You can use other small pastas if you can not find the orecchietti pasta.
Bring 2 quarts of salted water to a boil and add your pasta. Follow package and cook about 8-9 minutes. Drain well and return to pot. Add pesto, tomatoes, cheese and pistachios to the hot pasta and gently mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
