Tips and Suggestions
If you want it faster, just cook the chicken any way you'd like. Grill it, bake it, whatever.
You can take a frozen chicken breast and put it in a crock pot in the morning. When you get home later in the day it is ready to be shredded or chopped into cubes. Boil some water and cook the egg noodles. Heat a can of cream of chicken soup and mix it all together. Add salt and pepper and any other spice to your liking. You can even add a smidge of cheese to the soup if you want to fancy it up a little. You can increase the portions to fit the number of people you are feeding. It's easy and yummy. I like to add a can of green beans to it for a well rounded meal!
