Peanut Butter Ramen

This recipe was created as a cheap college mock up of chicken satay, minus the chicken.

  • Prep Time: 20 mins
  • Cook Time: 20 mins
  • Cooking Temp: Boiling
  • Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg(s) Top Ramen
  • 3 scoop(s) Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp(s) Sweet Chili Sauce
  • To taste tbsp(s) Sriracha

Tips and Suggestions

Mix everything in the same pot you boiled the noodles in to minimize dishes.
If you mix the sauces separately it is a little easier to add to the noodles (but creates another dish to wash).
You can also add peanut sauce in addition to or instead of peanut butter.
If you don't have sweet chili sauce you can use ketchup, or you can add it if you want a little more sweetness.

This is a total cheap, quick, college type meal, but you can tweak it into deliciousness!

Instructions

1. Boil Ramen noodles.
2. Drain.
3. While hot, add all ingredients (more or less to taste).
4. Gently mix with a fork.
5. Eat.
