- 1 lb(s) ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup(s) shredded carrots
- 1 celery stalk, finely-chopped
- 1 tbsp(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp(s) steak sauce
- 1 clove(s) garlic minced
- 1/2 pkg(s) onion soup mix
- dash of salt and pepper
1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients.
2. Spray or lightly oil Crock Pot and place meat mixture inside.
3. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
4. To achieve a crispier top, brush with a mixture of ketchup and steak sauce and place under the broiler.
