- 2 tsp(s) baking powder
- 3 tbsp(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp(s) vegetable oil
- 1 tsp(s) vanilla
- Toppings: berries, bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, bacon, sausage
1. Prepare 18 muffin tins with cupcake wrappers.
2. Combine all pancake ingredients until blended.
3. Top with desired ingredient, pushing some into the batter.
4. Bake until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
